calls, outpatient consultations, cash
and collections.
- One head of Reception and seventeen
multilingual persons on
the clerical staff attend to four
work posts: telephony, outpatient
consultations, programmed and urgent
admissions.
- The Public Relations and Interpreting
service and the
Guarantee service.
Technical Facilities:
- In mid-2001, there was a total remodelling
of management software, incorporating
the latest technologies. Data input
from Admission incorporates digitalisation
of documents and the electronic card
for the identification of habitual
clients, achieving better management
flexibility and
improvements in information quality.
