Nephrology is a specialisation of Internal Medicine that studies renal structure and function in health as well as in sickness.

Our medical team takes charge of performing haemodialysis on chronic and acute patients in the presence of a nephrologist from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 22:00, with localised specialists on duty the rest of the time. The hospital has a large dialysis facility with eleven state-of-the-art FRESENIUS 4008B haemodialysis monitors and dialysis chairs of the same brand.
