Alfonso Puchades, 8 03501 Benidorm (Alicante), is the owner of Internet domain “hospitalclinicabenidorm.com” under which is included web site www.hospitalclinicabenidorm.com and all the sub-domains and directories included under the same (hereinafter, jointly referred to as the “ Portal”).

GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

Access and use of this Portal are subject to the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer, notwithstanding that access to some of the services may require the acceptance of certain conditions.

Any use made of the Portal or the services included therein shall imply the acceptance of the legal terms and conditions of this Disclaimer.

Access to the Portal and the correct use of the information contained in the same are the responsibility of the person who carries out these actions, and HCB shall not be liable for any incorrect, illicit or negligent use that may be carried out by the user.

HCB does not guarantee the absence of technological failure or permanent availability of the Portal and of the services contained on it and therefore, it does not assume any liability for damages and harm that may be caused due to lack of availability and access failure.

Information Safety.- HCB cannot guarantee that the transmission of information on the Internet is totally safe due to the high number of intervening factors that are not controllable by HCB. HCB is not liable for any damages or harm that the user may suffer due to possible contingencies in the transmission of information, such as data loss or unauthorised access by third parties.

Nevertheless, you are informed that HCB holds a safety policy in the treatment of personal data in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

Similarly, you are informed that certain questions in the forms which are conveniently indicated must be answered in order to attend to your request.

HCB agrees not to provide your personal data to third parties that are external to HCB. The only exceptions are when it is necessary to provide this data to persons who act on behalf of HCB or in relation to HCB business in order to fulfil the purpose for which the data was obtained.
